Sign in to your customer account using the email address you used at checkout, then select the order you want to view.

Check your inbox.

Your order confirmation and shipping emails include a link to your order status. Use that link to see the details of your order.

Shipment updates appear after a tracking number has been added. Your carrier's updates determine the shipment status.
