Where we ship

SkySleep offers standard shipping to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order amount.

Processing and delivery

Allow 1–4 business days for order processing before dispatch, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for shipping. Processing time and shipping time are separate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing can vary by destination, customs processing and carrier delays.

Tracking your order

Your order confirmation includes a link to your order-status page. Tracking details appear there after shipment when tracking information is available. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Delivery questions

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact SkySleep with your order number so we can help.

Returns

You can request a return within 90 days of delivery, subject to our return and refund policy. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
